Qualtrics to Add 100 Staff in Dublin
US-based DIY survey software firm Qualtrics is to create an additional 100 jobs at its European HQ in the centre of Dublin, where it will employ up to 250 staff by the end of 2016.
The company, which was founded in Utah in 2002 by father and sons Scott, Ryan and Jared Smith and family friend Stuart Orgill, also has offices in Seattle, Dallas and Sydney, Australia. Its platform can be used to understand and measure customer and employee feedback, and to test brand, market and product concepts. Last September, the firm closed a $150m Series B round of funding, in order to expand into new geographic and vertical markets, develop new products and consider acquisitions.
The hundred new jobs will be based in the firm's 27,000 sq ft Dublin office, and added to its original target of 150 employees. CEO Ryan Smith (pictured) comments: 'Our experience of doing business in Europe from our Irish base has been phenomenal. The market response to our technology has been hugely positive and our sales teams are now working with customers in sixteen languages across European markets including Ireland and the UK.'
