Firefish Hires in Netherlands, US and UK

Consumer agency Firefish has appointed four new members of staff - in the Netherlands, Marjolein van Ballegooij joins as Joint MD and Noor Berkman as Associate Director; Francesca Ferrara joins as Senior Operations Manager in the US; and Claire Flanagan as Project Manager in the UK.

Firefish offers both qualitative and quantitative research, and boasts a specialist kids and family division called The Pineapple Lounge. In Amsterdam, van Ballegooij will work alongside Joint MD Kees van Duyn, having previously headed up her own research agency and created her own online qualitative research tool, Book of Sparks. Berkman has spent the past eight years at TNS NIPO, where she latterly served as Branding & Communication Expert, Qualitative Research.

Ferrara previously worked at innovation agency Redscout, and spent the past five years in brand consultancy. In her new role, she will work alongside Firefish co-founder and Global CEO Jem Fawcus, who is currently based in New York to oversee the expansion of the US business, and US MD Liam Daley.

Flanagan joins Firefish London with fifteen years' MR experience, having worked client-side at Sky and for a range of agencies including Promise Communispace, Hall & Partners, Flavour, and Aequus Research.
