Nepa Adds Online Qual Research to Portfolio
Stockholm-based brand tracking researcher Nepa has expanded its services to include online qualitative research.
The company specialises in building online panels for conducting quantitative surveys, and combines survey, behavioral and business data to help clients build a more complete picture. To further build on its platform - which it calls the Action Hub - Nepa is expanding into qual online research, using technologies that collect real-time data from the actual moment of purchase, consumption or viewing in order to understand the customer experience.
Former AB Stelacon/Nordic Market Research director Sigrid Wiklund joined as Head of Qualitative last September in preparation for the launch, and working alongside the firm's Head of Research Lab, Viveka Söderbäck, has set up a qual portfolio which includes a full suite of online methods and tools.
