DataChefs Promises Fresh Approach to Digital
Former Nielsen and GMI exec Simon Guy is heading up a new digital research company, DataChefs, based in Davos, Switzerland and with a global partner network.
With a senior team consisting of CEO Guy, COO Aurora Gallardo, CFO Christian Bächtold and CMO Josi Bächtold-Gallardo, the new agency aims to improve on existing business models with new ideas on accessing appropriate sources of information, streamlining project work via collaborative project platforms, and ensuring a fresh and appealing delivery with online 'stat-bots and storytelling'.
Guy (pictured), who brings around twenty years of research experience to the new company, comments: 'Not a day goes by without someone talking about how MR can or should innovate, and there are plenty of cool ideas and new approaches out there, but these can seem out of reach. That's sometimes because ideas are developed by larger and more resourced competitors, or by innovators outside of the MR industry who have a lower profile, or simply because trusted suppliers don't offer a wider range of services'.
