Former comScore Execs Buy Subscriber Analytix Platform
In the US, recently formed wireless network analytics specialist Innovo has acquired comScore's Wireless Solutions division, including its flagship Subscriber Analytix platform for mobile operators. Terms were not disclosed.
Innovo was co-founded earlier this year by former comScore execs Joseph Khalil and David Helsinki. Khalil previously served as comScore's SVP for Enterprise Software, leading all operational activities for the Wireless division and responsible for the Subscriber Analytix product; while Helsinki was SVP of Product Management for the Enterprise Analytics business unit.
The Subscriber Analytix tool converts mobile operator data into subscriber-level intelligence on behavior and quality of service experience across a carrier's entire network. As part of the deal, Innovo now services all Subscriber Analytix clients in North America, Asia Pacific and Europe, and it retains the licensing rights to the platform's proprietary technology and data.
Khalil comments: 'The first priority for any service operator is to meet subscriber demands for faster, more reliable and relevant services on their connected wireless devices. With the Subscriber Analytix platform, Inovvo answers the real-time challenges that wireless operators face in meeting this demand by providing an integrated, real-time view of their subscribers that enables a seamless customer experience'.
