Questback Hires for UK MR Push
Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM) software firm Questback has appointed Edward Chatham to lead the company's growth in the UK market research sector.
 Questback's software helps client centralise feedback from customers, employees and market research into a single hub. Chatham (pictured) joins with more than fifteen years' industry experience, which includes senior roles at Nielsen Online, BMRB TGI, M:Metrics, Harris Interactive and iPerceptions. Most recently, he worked at customer journey research company Mapa Research, serving as Managing Director for nearly three years.
In his new role as Head of Market Research, Chatham will be based in Questback's London office, working with existing MR clients but also taking responsibility for new business.
