Corporate Reputation Tracker Rolls Out in US
In the US, consulting and advisory firm the Reputation Institute (RI) is launching a service to provide companies with continuous measurement of their corporate reputations.
The firm's RepTrak normative reputation database is used as a model to analyze the reputations of companies and institutions, while its Global RepTrak 100 provides a study of corporate reputations. Country RepTrak and City RepTrak examine reputation across organizations within a given geography.
The new Reputation Tracker provides a continuous measurement service, with clients able to access in-depth quarterly reports, key performance indicators and benchmarks, along with quarterly results workshops that address issues such as brand alignment, 'return on reputation', CSR alignment and reputation risk. Included in the service is the ability to benchmark against the ten most reputable companies in the US, as well as three competitors, with additional companies available for a nominal fee.
CEO Jamie Bedard (pictured) comments: 'With a global, 24-hour news cycle and the rapid pace of business change, the management and measurement of corporate communications initiatives now has to move faster than ever. Our new tracking service gives our clients the immediate feedback they need, along with the in-depth analysis that comes from the RepTrak measurement framework'.
