BDRC Brings In Small for Hotels and Hospitality Team

UK-based full service researcher BDRC Continental has appointed former Nationwide Building Society events leader Karen Small as Client Services Manager for its Hotels and Hospitality research team, tasked with expanding its VenueVerdict customer experience offering.

Small (pictured) joins after ten years at Nationwide, latterly as Events Team Manager overseeing the society's conferences, roadshow and exhibitions, recognition events, hospitality and executive meetings.

As well as expanding BDRC's VenueVerdict programmes, which deliver real-time customer feedback and competitor hotel benchmarking, Small will also work on development of the company's onsite mystery shopping offer.
