CFMC Rebrands as Survox
Survey technology firm CFMC has changed its name to that of its existing major brand, Survox, in line it says with the evolution of the industry and of its own go-to-market strategy.
The company's cloud-based respondent targeting and survey automation platform is used for advanced phone research operations, allowing rapid data collection in line with a more heavily regulated business environment. Five products are branded with the new name: the Survox Multi-Mode Platform, Survox Phone, Survox IVR, Survox Dialer, and the Survox|Qualtrics Multi-mode integration. The last of these enables Qualtrics users to use combined phone and web-based data collection.
Mary McDougall (pictured), President and CEO of Survox, Inc. comments: 'In the age of big data, decision makers need solutions that deliver rapid insights. Our Survox solutions streamline respondent recruitment and data collection to simplify data analysis. The move aligns the company behind our major brand and supports our efforts to democratize phone-based research for the enterprise'.
The company is also increasing its commitment to R&D 'with significant private investment', in order it says 'to continue to open its platform for mixed vendor, mixed-mode research'. VP Engineering Jason Kagel says this new investment and focus 'help Survox provide greater value to market research call centers and offer new capabilities for enterprise Voice of the Customer (VOC) and Voice of the Employee (VoE) programs'.
