Lightspeed Strengthens QuestionArts Team, Rolls Out
Online research company Lightspeed GMI has announced a global roll-out for its survey programming platform, QuestionArts, backed by a newly strengthened leadership team.
The QuestionArts team is headed up by Jon Puleston, as VP of Innovation, and has recently added Melissa Moxley as Global Product Lead, directing brand strategy and architecture; and Steven Walsh as Global Technology Lead, in charge of QuestionArts' technical infrastructure and strategy.
The platform - which is now available in all Lightspeed GMI's operating markets, uses enhanced design methodologies and proprietary components including branch and display logic, secure media testing, complex quotas and email triggers. All its questions are designed by the company's own specialists.
Puleston says of the investments: 'We are committed to having world-class survey programming in place to deliver our value proposition to the market as Lightspeed continues to scale and grow globally. Both Melissa and Steven personify our company values with a passion for impact, while consistently advocating for our clients' success. Through their leadership, we will continue to evolve our core offerings'.
Lightspeed was founded in 1996 and now boasts more than 5.5 million online research respondents in 45 countries. The company is headquartered in Warren, New Jersey, and is part of WPP's Kantar. Web site: www.lightspeedgmi.com .
