New UK Agency Promises to Help 'Embed Insights'
Two former eBay researchers, Nicolas Bulois and Barbara Langer, have set up a new agency, Insight Angels, offering 'flexible freelance support' to clients and agencies.
Bulois spent ten years at Millward Brown in the UK, Canada and France before joining Added Value Paris in 2005. In December 2007 he left to join eBay as International MR Senior Manager, spending three years in the role before returning to Added Value as a Director. Langer has spent the last ten years as Head of Market Insights for eBay Europe, having worked at Research International and BSkyB earlier in her career.
The new firm provides services including project management, workshopping and insight capability review and planning, offering clients the chance to embed insight into their organisation, overcoming any cultural resistance along the way to unlock its business potential. Bulois says Insight Angels' combination of 'very senior agency and client side expertise' means it understands the challenges involved in this better than most and can serve as an expert guide.
