PwC Unveils Co-creation Experience Center

In New York, management consultancy giant PwC has launched its Experience Center concept, which offers access to a pool of creative, digital business and industry experts across the globe who work with clients to co-create new digital-centric products and services.

David ClarkeThe Experience Center is driven by more than 3,000 professionals, based in 31 cities across the PwC network. These PwC staff will tap into their colleagues' cross-industry capabilities around digital strategy, technologies, or analytics, to help clients develop future products, services, processes, and businesses with a focus on customer experiences. In addition, the center will draw thinking from alliance partners such as Adobe, Google, Microsoft, Oracle and Salesforce, as well as relationships with universities and tech start-ups.

Through physical and virtual worlds (known as Sandboxes), the center nurtures collaboration and co-creation, and provides workspaces, labs, and studios where ideas can be actualized. The first Sandbox is set to open later in the year outside Miami, with a second facility planned for California early next year.

David Clarke (pictured), Principal, PwC Advisory, and Chief Experience Officer, comments: 'Innovation with a sense of purpose and speed can be elusive for many large organizations. A need to focus on delivering core business results can sometimes hinder getting the next big idea to market. We're pioneering a new model to help larger organizations build and deliver experiences, products, and services to market faster than they otherwise could.'
