Senior Changes at eDigitalResearch
UK agency eDigitalResearch has promoted its COO Steve Brockway to Managing Director, and appointed two new members to its Board. Founding Directors Chris Russell and Michelle Fuller are moving to the role of Joint Executive Chair, driving the firm's global growth.
Brockway joined the Voice of the Customer specialist in 2006 to head up its Retail Research team, and has been a Board member since 2013.
Nada Gillard and Liz Boffey also join the Board, as Chief Product Officer and Chief Delivery Officer respectively. Gillard has spent the last decade at the company, while Boffey has fifteen years of agency-side insight experience.
Fuller says the company is 'always looking to the future... whether that's through our technology, exploring new ways of working or simply looking at what we could do better'. She adds: 'It's why we've taken the exciting decision to restructure our leadership team to better serve both new and existing clients'.
Brockway himself comments: 'Our tailored SaaS technology, innovative solutions and insight delivery has driven tremendous growth over the last few years. With our Chief Product Officer and Chief Delivery Officer in place, we will future proof ourselves by focussing our efforts on innovation, client delivery and insight for our growing list of clients seeking a single view of the customer experience across their channels and touchpoints'.
eDigital reports 'an extremely successful' first six months of the financial year, with another 'record-breaking' performance on the cards. Two months ago the firm ammounced seven new hires.
