New Research Awards in UK
The British Market Research Association (BMRA) is teaming up with the Market Research Society (MRS) and Marketing Week to create the first awards to cover the market research industry in a single event - The Market Research Effectiveness and Excellence Awards.
The awards event brings together the BMRA awards for Effectiveness and Business Achievement and the MRS Awards for Excellence. The awards ceremony will take place in London at the end of November.
'We are delighted to join forces to deliver the premier research industry benchmark of both effectiveness and excellence,' says Peter Jackling, Chairman of BMRA. 'This is important to help raise awareness of the value and contribution of market research to business success, and to reward those providing effectiveness and excellence in research. This is the first time all the awards will be under one banner, and demonstrates the increasing co-operation between BMRA and MRS.'
A carefully balanced panel will judge the awards, with representation from leading organisations which commission market research, as well as planners and top research company executives.
