Both the newly filled roles have been created as a result of the merger.
Oka joins with 24 years' HR experience. He started his career at Toshiba Corporation, Japan as HR associate in 1991, and after eleven years joined United Technologies Corporation (UTC) in Singapore, where he served in leadership roles including Regional HR Director for the Asia Pacific Operation. More recently, he was with Coca-Cola Japan as Director, Human Resources & Strategic Business Partner.
Sidell previously spent fifteen years at M&M Mars in financial operations, business operations and strategy roles. In his new role, Sidell will be responsible for the overall operations of Macromill and MetrixLab, including organizational development, budget and resource development, and strategic planning. He will also co-ordinate the business groups in Asia, Europe and the Americas.
