TNS Hires Lax for Senior Americas Role
In New York, TNS has appointed former GfK exec Howard Lax as Head of Customer Strategies for the Americas region.
The role includes working directly with clients to develop customer strategy programs, and leading a dedicated team.
Lax (pictured) joins with nearly thirty years' industry experience, most recently as Senior Practice Leader of GfK's Brand & Customer Experience practice. Prior to this, he was a Senior Consultant in Harris Interactive's Customer Loyalty division; VP for the Customer Strategies group at Opinion Research Corporation; and held leadership roles at Freddie Mac, Claritas and Trans Data Corporation.
