Ipsos Rolls Out Oncology Monitor in Indonesia
Ipsos Healthcare has rolled out its Global Oncology Monitor in Indonesia, in response to local and multinational companies' growing need to understand diagnosis and treatment trends in the country.
The new monitor will provide subscribers with periodic patient-based data on specific tumour types and a granular level of detail on the patient journey in Indonesia. With an initial focus on five tumours (breast, colorectal, lung, ovarian and non-Hodgkin lymphoma), it will expand according to client need.
Cheryl Pimentel, who leads Ipsos' healthcare research business in Indonesia, says the launch complements Ipsos' existing custom research offering in the region, while helping validate specific findings from custom research or pinpoint impending issues.
David Twinberrow, Head of Syndicated Services and Oncology in Asia Pacific and MENA, adds: 'Developing such oncology services in more countries is part of Ipsos Healthcare's long-term strategy, and it will enable our clients to gain detailed insights into how patients are managed, their brand performance, and market opportunities. We are delighted to add the important Indonesian market to this portfolio'.
