BOARD Invests in Spanish Subsidiary

Business intelligence software provider BOARD International has set up a Spanish subsidiary, with a new team and office in Barcelona.

The firm's BI and corporate performance management applications sit on a single platform, giving an overview of an organization's information. The associated toolkit offers features for reporting, ad hoc querying, budgeting and planning, visual analysis, data discovery and predictive analysis, as well as data mining and financial consolidation.

BOARD is headquartered in Lugano, Switzerland, and has seventeen offices spread across five continents and fifteen countries. Its new BOARD Iberica subsidiary will support a customer base of more than 50 companies in Spain.

CEO Giovanni Grossi comments: 'The structure of BOARD Iberica reflects our overall strategy to deliver a better service to existing customers and be closer to the market. We now have a strong presence in Spain to support customers, and are working hard to continue accelerating our growth'.
