Marketing Analytics Firm BrightFunnel Raises Funds
In the US, B2B marketing analytics platform BrightFunnel has raised $6m in a Series A round of funding, which it will use to expand its product development, sales and marketing efforts.
The platform enables marketers to attribute, forecast, measure and benchmark the impact their campaigns are having on revenue. Founder and CEO Nadim Hossain (pictured) comments: 'The length and complexity of the enterprise buying cycle has increased dramatically over the last decade, with more marketing touches required to turn a lead into revenue. Clients rely on our data-driven approach to analyze their marketing activities'.
New funding was led by Crosslink Capital, with participation from Salesforce Ventures, and earlier investors Bloomberg Beta, Karlin Ventures and Resolute Ventures. Since the company was founded in 2013, it has raised nearly $10m.
