Harris Interactive Expands Financial Services Team

In Manchester, UK, Harris Interactive has appointed Scott Davidson as Financial Services Research Director, to lead on a number of accounts and assist with the growth and development of the division.

Davidson (pictured) joins from Capita Remediation Services, where he served as Proposition Development Manager, responsible for developing solutions to help clients diversify into other industries outside financial services. Earlier, he was Research Manager at Sainsbury's Bank and at Tesco Bank, a Researcher at design agency Navyblue, SRE at GfK NOP, and Customer Research Manager at Standard Life. During his career, Davidson has mainly focused on customer satisfaction and employee engagement studies.

In his new role, he will work alongside Financial Services team Research Director Michael Worledge and Senior Research Director Phil Brooks, and the latter comments: 'Scott's sector expertise and hands on experience of using research will be of huge benefit to our clients and is a great fit for the Financial Services team'.
