Two Senior Hires for Market Strategies

US-based full service agency Market Strategies International (MSI) has hired former J.D. Power execs Melissa Sauter - as EVP and MD of Financial Services - and Todd Mundorf as SVP Research Operations.

Founded in 1989, MSI offers a range of research specialities including brand, communications, customer experience, product development, segmentation and user experience. Sauter joins after running her own consultancy for the past year, prior to which she spent fourteen years at J.D. Power, latterly as VP and General Manager of the Services Industries Division. During her time with the company, she was also Senior Director of the Diversified Practice, Operations Director, and Practice Lead of Automotive Emerging Technologies. Earlier, she was a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, having spent the four previous years at J.D. Power as Senior Research Manager.

Mundorf also joins after a long spell at J.D. Power - in this case eight years. He latterly served as VP, Product Management, and was earlier VP, Global Research Operations and Data Processing, in charge of a global team of 120 associates.
