Toluna Opens First Office in Malaysia

Online community and survey tech provider Toluna has expanded its presence in the Asia Pacific region with the opening of its first office in Malaysia. The new operation will be led by Christine Tan, Senior Director, Southeast Asia.

The Kuala Lumpur office is Toluna's seventh in the region, and adds to its existing bases in Gurgaon, Hong Kong, Seoul, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo. Tan (pictured) joined the company in 2014 as a Senior Director, heading ASEAN operations and business development. She spent the previous four years in director-level roles at WPP-owned GMI (now Lightspeed GMI), launching the Singapore office and growing it to a team of fifteen. Earlier, she worked for boutique agency Consumer Probe, latterly as Research Manager.

Commenting on the launch of the new office, Ludo Milet, MD, APAC, said: 'This is a strategic decision building upon the excellent results of the Southeast Asian markets in 2015.
