Platform One Debuts 'Instant Community' Solution
UK-based customer feedback software provider Platform One has launched a new product called 'Instant Community', which it says collects customer data at 'every single touchpoint'.
Launched last year by iD Factor founder Jon Gumbrell and Hall & Partners founder Mike Hall, along with survey software specialist Askia, Platform One was developed to manage every kind of customer feedback scenario - from large-scale quant panels, to small-scale qual communities, as well as 'voice of the customer' programmes.
The new Instant Community product enables existing Platform One users to create multiple 'pop-up' project communities using a fully customisable portal template. Users of the tool can create and sequence a chain of qual / quant research tasks, publish them to a system-generated web portal, and allow selected sample access to that portal. Fresh sample, including external sample, can be added at any point, and tasks that can be completed via mobile are automatically pushed to the app. Access can be given to observers, moderators and community managers, to enable users to hand the management of community interactions over to a third party.
Commenting on the launch, Gumbrell (pictured) said: 'It's really exciting to see our clients significantly benefiting from Platform One bringing leading edge technology into the MR Industry. Instant Communities is the first of a series of imminent major software releases, all of which demonstrate the advantages a truly unified research platform delivers'.
