Schlesinger Merges Units
International data collection group Schlesinger Associates has merged its Advisors division with MedQuery, the Chicago-based medical recruitment business it acquired in October. Chris Lee will lead the new unit as EVP.
The move brings Schlesinger Advisors' capabilities in connecting knowledge seekers with thought leaders together with the expertise of the acquired firm to create MedQuery|Advisors, providing what Schlesinger calls 'a single specialized solution for projects presenting challenging and high-end healthcare recruitment'.
Lee (pictured) says of the new business: 'Leveraging our joint capabilities, we provide researchers with the option of a specialist team dedicated to recruiting in the toughest medical verticals that include hard-to-reach medical professionals, KOLs, hospital administrators, payors and rare patient types'.
Matt Campion, who previously headed up Advisors by Schlesinger will continue to work closely with Lee in his new role as EVP of interactive division Schlesinger Quantitative Solutions.
Schlesinger Associates, which has a network of fourteen focus group facilities in the US, and also owns companies in Paris, London and Germany, is online at www.schlesingerassociates.com .
