Newly Acquired eDigital Hires CFO
Hampshire, UK-based eDigitalResearch, recently acquired by MARU Group, has hired Heather Mcrae as Senior CFO, while promoting Kat Hughes and Naomi Crisp to Associate Director.
Venture capital-backed MARU bought eDigital last Wednesday for an undisclosed sum, and added Vision Critical's North American Research Consulting division on Friday. The newly formed Group says it aims to become and 'international insights pioneer'.
Mcrae previously held senior financial positions at services company Alpha Airports Group, recruitment company Harris Hill and ad services business Cheil. She will now report directly into the MARU Group centre and join the eDigital board.
Hughes and Crisp have both worked for a number of years at eDigitalResearch, with specialisms including advanced analysis techniques and Voice of the Employee research - and will join the company's wider leadership, with key responsibilities for the management and growth of accounts.
MARU CEO Ged Parton describes Mcrae as 'an outstanding commercial CFO with a terrific outlook and the rigour to make a difference'.
