Pathmatics Raises Expansion Funds
In the US, online ad intelligence firm Pathmatics has raised $3m in a Series A round of funding, to be used for continued global expansion of its proprietary PathSource technology.
Founded in 2010, with headquarters in Santa Monica, CA and offices in New York, Pathmatics offers patent-pending technology to analyze digital advertising activity and deliver real-time intelligence to advertisers, agencies, publishers and ad tech providers. Last year, the firm partnered with Nielsen to provide Australian marketers with detailed advertiser-level impression data and ad creatives from multiple digital devices.
The new funding round has been led by Bertelsmann Digital Media Investments, with participation from existing investors Upfront Ventures, Karlin Ventures, Baroda Ventures, Double M Partners, Daher Capital, and two new investors, Wavemaker Partners and Manatt Venture Fund.
