PR Agency HBI Launches Market Research Arm
US boutique PR and digital communications agency Hope-Beckham Inc. (HBI) has launched a market research business in Atlanta, GA.
HBI's new MR services include focus groups and group studies, affinity interest mapping, online surveys, hot topic heat maps and customer journey mapping. In addition, the market research division will develop digital personas to uncover search and social media behavior, and provide mystery shopping to investigate the customer experience in-store, online and via apps.
