MESH Names Director for EMEA
London-based communications research agency MESH Experience has appointed Kahren Kersten as Experience Director for the EMEA region, responsible for leading its London-based team.
Launched in 2006 by Fiona Blades and Stephen Phillips, MESH specialises in developing new methods of research, including its core MESH Experience Tracker, which captures consumers' experiences and interactions with brands, wherever and whenever they happen. As well as London, the firm also has offices in New York and Sao Paulo.
Kersten (pictured) joins from media planning agency Vizeum UK, where she served as Insight Director in charge of campaign evaluation research. Prior to this, she held several senior positions at BrainJuicer, where she was responsible for introducing new research approaches and managing client relationships. During her career, Kersten has also worked at eQ Insight, MarketCast, Research International and NOP World.
