New COO for Data Firm Infutor
In the US, on-demand consumer and business data provider Infutor Data Solutions has appointed Jeff Beard as Chief Operating Officer, to oversee and drive all product and marketing initiatives.
Infutor provides both public and proprietary information and has developed platforms for accessibility, real-time delivery and automated batch processing of data, as well as advanced data cleansing. The firm says it processes in excess of 2.6 billion records on a monthly basis.
Beard (pictured) joins with more than 25 years' product development, marketing and data strategy experience. Most recently, he led data strategy for call management startup Privacystar and database management firm Accudata Technologies. Earlier, he spent thirteen years at business data specialist Acxiom, before joining consumer and business information provider TARGUSinfo. Here he led an effort to acquire International Business List and infoNational, which was rebranded as Amacai, and he went on to develop a subsidiary called Localeze. TARGUS info, and Amacai/Localeze were acquired by Neustar in 2011.
