Forrester Continues Solid Growth
Technology-focused Forrester Research has announced first quarter revenue of $77.4m, up 3 percent on Q1 2015.
Research revenues, with 3% growth, were just outstripped by advisory services and events, which grew 4% - a turnaround from the full-year results announced in February. Pro forma net income was $3.2m, almost unchanged from $3.3m last year.
Chairman and CEO George F. Colony (pictured) says the company 'continues to gain momentum', meeting pro forma operating income and EPS targets and hitting the upper end of revenue guidance. He adds: 'The Forrester Connect business (which includes Leadership Boards and Executive Programs) and the Forrester Events business are showing significant performance improvements over 2015'.
The firm forecasts second quarter revenue of $83.5m - $86.5m, and pro forma operating margin of 11.0% to 13.0%. For the full year, its guidance suggests total revenues of c.$322.0m - $330.0m.
