MR Firm Sentier and Designer Vulk Form UX Partnership

In the US, Software development co-operative Vulk has partnered with custom research agency Sentier Strategic Resources to offer a new approach to research-driven user experience and user interface design.

Vulk is an employee-owned software agency with five partners, developing customized solutions for interface and experience design and implementation. Sentier employs experts in cognitive psychology and technical communications, and helps its clients understand and respond to the behavior and expectations of their potential users, by conducting custom research on designs.

Sentier will now bring in users to test Vulk's user experience design, feeding comments, calls to action and stats such as conversion rates into the process, to give customers 'an unparalleled approach to research-driven user experience and user interface design'.

Taylor Carpenter, Vulk co-founder and partner, says his company 'knows Sentier's resources and credentials are unique' and that the combination 'will provide a service for each client that is research-driven, enhancing the designer's intuition'.
