SkyTeam Launches Passenger Feedback App
Global airline alliance SkyTeam has launched a customer feedback tool called the SkyPriority Audit App, through which passengers can rate their travel experience.
SkyTeam comprises twenty member airlines, which provide journeys to more than 1,050 destinations, for over 665 million passengers each year. Through the new app, customers can give feedback at more than 1,000 airports. The tool is currently available in English, Spanish and Simplified Chinese, with a further eleven languages being rolled out this summer.
CEO and MD Perry Cantarutti (pictured) comments: 'In order to ensure we are providing a consistently high level of service, our SkyPriority customers are now empowered to give us direct feedback when they are travelling. We are committed to our promise of caring more about customers and by listening to what they have to say and using the data from the customer audit, we can identify areas for improvement to deliver a more seamless travel experience'.
