Top Appointment at ACNielsen
ACNielsen has announced that Frank Martell, president of ACNielsen Asia Pacific, will take on responsibility for the company's Emerging Markets consisting of 50 countries throughout Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa, and the company's customized research services globally.
Based in Hong Kong, Mr Martell is President, ACNielsen for Asia Pacific, covering 19 countries in the region and close to 5,000 employees serving clients across a wide variety of industry sectors. In this role he is responsible for the day to day operations of the entire region as well as several key strategic initiatives.
Mr Martell joined ACNielsen in 1995 as Vice President and Global Treasurer. Upon moving to Asia Pacific region, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director, North Asia, and prior to becoming President, Mr Martell served as Chief Operating Officer, Asia/Japan.
