Research Now Partners with FocusVision
Digital data collection firm Research Now has partnered with MR technology group FocusVision, and will use its Decipher mobile-first survey design and data collection tool, alongside advanced reporting and visualization capabilities.
Research Now says the move underlines its commitment to leveraging innovative technologies and giving clients increased access to quality data. FocusVision's portfolio has grown through the acquisition of a number of companies in recent years, including Decipher 18 months ago. Last month, the technology was enhanced with the integration of the Survox IVR (interactive voice response) multi-mode survey tool, allowing Decipher users to add automated phone interviewing to any online study.
Melanie Courtright, EVP, Global Products & Client Services at Research Now says using Decipher allows the company 'to provide our clients with improved cross-device-compatible surveys, with visually appealing, automated and custom dashboards, and direct data accessibility'. For FocusVision, SVP North American Sales Jonathan Tice says the collaboration 'underscores Decipher's continued adoption within the marketplace and our ability to provide device agnostic technology solutions that drive more meaningful insights'.
FocusVision has more than 450 employees and offices in the US, the UK, Bulgaria, Brazil, Australia and Singapore, while Research Now currently operates from more than 20 offices around the globe. Web sites are at www.focusvision.com and www.researchnow.com .
