Parse.ly Opens Up Data Pipeline for Real-Time Analysis
Real-time audience insight and content assessment specialist Parse.ly has made its live stream of user and event-level data available for clients to conduct their own real-time analysis and data engineering projects.
Parse.ly provides a dashboard through which editorial and audience development teams from clients such as The Telegraph, Mashable and Conde Nast can view which online content generates the most reader interest. The New York-based firm has now launched the 'Parse.ly Data Pipeline', building on the company's dashboard and API offerings which collect and process billions of user events each month. This new solution provides full access to both historical raw data and real-time data, which integrates with open source data analytics products such as R, Python, Pandas, Hadoop and Spark, helping clients gain insights into user segments, campaign tracking, device segmentation and more.
Sachin Kamdar (pictured), co-founder and CEO, comments: 'The better an organization can utilize its data, the closer it comes to understanding its audience. With our Data Pipeline, we're pleased to provide sites with a turnkey way to bring their raw data in-house. Taking ownership of your data is the first step; unlocking its secrets is next. Parse.ly's here to help you do both'.
