New Tool Tracks Mobile Gamer Behavior for Casinos
Mobile technology company JOINGO has launched an analytics and business intelligence tool, to provide casino gaming industry clients with insights into the behavioral patterns of their mobile customers.
The San Jose, CA-based company, which also has offices in Las Vegas, offers patented technology for casino brands to target players' smartphones and tablets using mobile apps, location-based marketing, free-to-play mobile gaming and more.
The new JOINGO Insights tool gathers data on app user acquisition, demographics, behavior, clickpath and visitation numbers. It also enables A/B testing of messages for campaign comparison; and casinos' own reporting and play metrics can be incorporated into the tool.
