ZappiStore Hires Former McDonalds Insights Lead
Former McDonalds Consumer Insights Lead Joseph Chen has joined online research 'app store' platform ZappiStore as Vice President for the Canadian market.
Launched in 2013 by Spring Research founder Stephen Phillips, London-based ZappiStore allows users to purchase access to automated market research solutions for creative testing and new product development projects. As well as Canada and the UK, the company operates in the USA, Australia, China, Singapore, Japan, France and Germany.
Chen (pictured) joins from McDonalds, where he led the Consumer Insights team across all marketing portfolios, as well as menu development. Before this, he worked in consumer insights management roles at The Hershey Company, Unilever, and Kraft Foods Group, and he held senior roles at Ipsos Reid and Millward Brown.
