ThinkNow Claims Minority Business Owner Panel 'First'
In the US, Hispanic online sampling specialist ThinkNow Research has launched what it claims to be the 'first' Minority Business Owner panel.
Burbank, CA-based ThinkNow researches US Hispanic, African-American, and Asian consumers through online panels and communities targeting acculturated, un-acculturated and bi-cultural citizens. The firm also provides MR firms with sample through its proprietary online panel DigaYGane.com .
According to the latest Census Bureau Reports, the number of minority-owned firms in the US rose from 5.8 million in 2007 to 8.0 million in 2012. Commenting on the launch, co-founder and President Mario Xavier Carrasco (pictured) explained: 'To help companies and brands who are looking to better understand the specific issues minority business owners face and identify opportunities to join those conversations, we've applied our years of minority panel building expertise to help us successfully build the first minority business online panel, boasting over 200,000 minority-owned business'.
