Critical Mix Hires Research Now Exec Heather White
Research Now veteran Heather White has joined US sampling and data collection provider Critical Mix, to lead expansion of its strategic partnerships and survey audience sources.
Critical Mix, which was previously known as reinvention, was launched in 2012 by Greenfield Online veterans Hugh Davis and Keith Price. In 2013, the firm bought SurveyMonkey's ZoomPanel community, which it has since combined with its own online panel sample in the US, UK, France, Canada and Australia.
White (pictured) joins in a newly created role with more than fifteen years of experience in sample acquisition/retention, and data quality. During more than thirteen years at Research Now, she worked across the business in areas including partnerships, customer service, sales, operations, finance and marketing. Latterly, she served as VP, Partner Relations, implementing partner/customer programs, and leading day-to-day management of more than 100 global partner accounts.
In her new role, White will be responsible for identifying and building strategic partnerships, enhancing member care and engagement programs, and creating data integration approaches. Co-CEO Davis comments: 'As demand for faster, easier access to marketing intelligence grows, Heather's expertise gives us the ability to broaden the availability and depth of engaged respondents for survey research'.
