20|20 Research to Buy iModerate
Nashville, Tennessee-based MR technology and services firm 20|20 Research is acquiring MR tech developer iModerate, for an undisclosed sum.
iModerate is headquartered in Denver, CO and combines cognitive psychology techniques with research to help brands uncover the drivers and perceptions behind consumer action. The firm is best known for its online one-to-one moderated interview sessions, which can either be incorporated into a survey or used as a standalone qualitative tool. Jim Bryson, President of 20|20 Research, says the acquisition will boost his firm's own online qual research techniques including its QualBoard discussion and QualMeeting interview platforms.
