Brandwatch Hires Former Visible Technologies CEO
In New York, social media intelligence specialist Brandwatch has appointed former Visible Technologies CEO Richard Pasewark as Chief Revenue Officer, overseeing the sales, marketing, customer success and partnerships functions.
The firm, which was launched in 2007 and has offices in Brighton, New York, San Francisco, Berlin, Paris and Singapore, archives millions of social media conversations each day and provides users with the tools to analyse them. Pasewark (pictured) joins with more than twenty years' technology industry experience. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President for SaaS company eVariant. Before this he was CEO at social media insight specialist Visible Technologies after its acquisition of competitor Cymfony, where he had served as President. Earlier, he held senior roles at Quark, Adobe and Datalogics.
In his new role, Pasewark is responsible for driving global revenue growth as the company builds towards its IPO goal.
