London-based MM-Eye Acquired by hps group
In the UK, full-service marcoms provider the hps group has acquired Covent Garden-based brand, communications and new product development research specialist MM-Eye, from its former owner MM-Eye International Ag in Germany. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
The hps group comprises video content and motion graphics producers Breakfast of Champions; PR sponsorship and events agency hps jardine; field marketing and retail promotions specialist hps retail7; and digital development business hps india.
The deal gives hps qual and quant market research, marcoms effectiveness, and brand health-tracking in-house. hps MM-Eye's eighteen staff bring the group's headcount to 242, and increase its turnover to £27m.
