British-Based Sports and Leisure Specialists Merge

UK-based sister companies Green 4 Solutions and 4Sight Sport & Leisure are merging their offers, bringing together CRM and ticketing software with strategic insight services.

4Sight was set up five years ago and has since made extensive use of Green 4's Go platform. Garry Adamson, MD of Green 4 Solutions says the combination will provide a 'world leading software solution for sport and leisure, but also the marketing services to go alongside that, and the strategy'.

Adamson, who will now serve as MD of the combined company, says experience has shown that clients want insight from their data quickly, and 4Sight will help bring this to the Green 4 technology implementation.

The companies merge with immediate effect, with new branding and web site due for launch in the new year.
