BLI and InfoTrends Rebrand as Keypoint Intelligence
Fairfield, NJ-based Buyers Laboratory, LLC (BLI) and InfoTrends - which it acquired last year - are uniting under a new name, Keypoint Intelligence, providing market intelligence and tools for the digital imaging industry.
BLI acquired InfoTrends last October for an undisclosed sum, adding its market research and strategic consulting services to existing expertise in evaluation and testing. Both pre-existing names will continue to be used for product lines under the Keypoint Intelligence brand, which was launched last Thursday.
Keypoint CEO Gerry Stoia comments: 'While customers have shown great loyalty to both Buyers Lab and InfoTrends, we felt the combined company needed a new identity - one that reflects the power of our union and the comprehensive scope of services we provide'.
According to Deanna Flanick, Chief Revenue Officer, the new identity is 'a strong representation of what sets us apart in the global digital imaging intelligence marketplace'. She explains: 'Our new double diamond mark represents the two companies coming together, and the vibrant orange spot where they overlap indicates a 'Keypoint', one of the many deep insights that only we can provide'.
