Clarabridge Names New Leader
In the US, analytics-based customer experience management (CEM) specialist Clarabridge has appointed Mark Bishof as Chief Executive Officer, replacing Yuchun Lee who will reassume his previous role as Executive Chairman of the Board.
Clarabridge's SaaS intelligence platform captures customer feedback from a wide range of sources including call centers, social media, inbound emails and surveys; then makes it available to users across an enterprise via real-time dashboards and alerts. Bishof (pictured) joins with a background in growing software companies. As President and CEO of Flexera Software, he spent ten years growing the company from $200m to over $1bn in enterprise value. Prior to that, he held executive positions at Macrovision, IBM, Deloitte Consulting, Crossworlds Software and Booz, Allen & Hamilton. He is also an Operating Partner at private equity investment firm Thoma Bravo.
Lee, whom he replaces, will continue to provide counsel and oversight of corporate strategy, objectives and results.
