Warwick Analytics Expands to Portugal

London-based predictive analytics specialist Warwick Analytics has opened an office in Lisbon, Portugal.

The company's software is based on work by the University of Warwick, informed by more than a decade of academic research. The business was spun out in 2011 and now also has offices in China, the US and Germany.

The new office will work with companies in manufacturing and services sectors on issues from preventing products from failing, to predicting the factors which drive a positive customer experience. CEO Dan Somers (pictured) comments: 'We are a fast-growing technology company developing the latest cutting-edge analytics. Lisbon has an outstanding talent pool in experienced software developers so it was a natural choice to expand there'.
