Norstat Grows New French Office
Oslo, Norway-based data collection and data services group Norstat has strengthened its recently launched Paris office with two appointment. Sorina Jian joins as Senior Business Development Manager and Sylvain Da Costa as Senior Project Manager.
 Norstat helps clients to survey consumers across nineteen European countries, using online and off-line data collection. The new office was opened in September and is led by former Research Now MD Marc-Antoine Jacoud as Managing Director.
Jian will focus on developing relationships with local accounts, and brings ten years of sales experience in the online panel and market research sectors, including two years at SSI and most recently two as Senior Account Manager with Respondi France.
Da Costa, who will support client projects across all operational stages, brings six years of experience in MR and online operations, originally at French market and opinion research agency CSA, and since 2014 at Paris-based online agency AreYouNet, where he was a Senior PM.
Jacoud says of the appointments: 'Sorina and Sylvain are both industry experts and we are confident that their extensive research experience, along with our strong French and global teams, will position us to offer our clients the superior service that they expect from Norstat'.
