Merkle Promotes Komasinski to Global COO Role

In London, data-driven CRM and performance marketing agency Merkle has promoted Michael Komasinski to the role of Global Chief Operating Officer for its Services business. He will also serve as General Manager for Media Services, Europe.

Michael KomasinskiMerkle is part of the Dentsu Aegis network, and uses analytics and other technology to drive clients' 'people-based' marketing strategies. Komasinski (pictured) joined the firm in 2015 as Chief Operating Officer, Digital Agency Services, from Razorfish North America, where he was COO and directly managed agency operations, delivery management, resource management and client finance. Earlier, he was SVP of Account Management at Schawk Retail Marketing, and he spent seven years in leadership roles at Nielsen, including VP of Global Operations.

He will now be responsible for leading the operation of Merkle's services business in the US, and the expansion of its media capabilities across Europe. Craig Dempster, Global Services Leader, comments: 'The goal of our services organization is to deliver solutions to our clients that span the entire Merkle ecosystem. I am excited that Michael Komasinski will be leading the evolution of this team'.
