Intelligent Upgrade for QuestionArts Platform
Lightspeed's QuestionArts team has announced a range of product enhancements under the banner of Intelligent Components.
The QuestionArts team was founded in 2009 and its survey programming platform was rolled out globally 16 months ago. The team is involved in a continuous study of how survey designs influence data quality and panelist experience, feeding into the platform with a range of enhanced design methodologies and proprietary components. The team is led by Jon Puleston, Vice President of Innovation.
The new features allow surveys to respond to a panelist's device with 'rich, innovative features and an enhanced touch screen experience', optimizing surveys across devices, screen sizes and orientations. They include built-in intelligent layout rules, leading to better user experience and survey consistency; a range of new touch screen optimization features; and capabilities for ranking, question grouping and nesting, drag and drop, and advanced sliding grid functionality.
Daniel S. Fitzgerald, Chief Client and Marketing Officer, comments: 'Reaching consumers, efficiently and effectively, on mobile devices is increasingly important. Our Intelligent Components are part of an ongoing effort to advance panelist engagement; our QuestionArts team which has been recognized as a leading authority in progressive online survey design methods has worked scrupulously to assure that the survey experience not only upholds, but surpasses industry standards'.
Lightspeed has 700 employees working in 14 countries and is headquartered in Warren, New Jersey. 'Though part of WPP's insight division Kantar, it is the only division not to have adopted the parent company's name as a prefix - others did so in September.
