Future Thinking Strengthens 'Communicate' Team

UK-based agency Future Thinking has appointed Jessica Herridge as Research Director within its Communicate team.

Jessica HerridgeHerridge (pictured) worked in brand planning roles early in her career, then joined United Biscuits in late 2009, spending four years there as a Consumer Research and Insight Manager. She then moved to Dairy Crest as a Senior Research and Insight Manager for two years, and most recently worked briefly as Lead Innovator at brand innovation firm Blond Ideas Group.

In her new role she will and help develop the team's brand proposition, take responsibility for its continued growth in the FMCG sector and help it to focus on ensuring that insights address business challenges.
